These Service Terms set out the conditions for using Voltway London Scooters’ equipment and website. By reserving a scooter or browsing our pages, you agree to these terms.

Reservations are made online through our booking form. Confirmation is sent by email once payment is processed. Availability may vary depending on location and demand. The customer must be at least 18 years old to book and operate a scooter.
Riders agree to follow local traffic laws and Transport for London guidelines for e-scooters. Helmets are recommended. Riding under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited. The scooter must be used responsibly, avoiding damage, obstruction, or unsafe areas.
Each scooter is checked before collection. The rider should report any visible damage before use. Responsibility for loss or damage caused by misuse rests with the rider. Routine wear and technical faults unrelated to misuse are covered by Voltway.
Voltway is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from temporary service unavailability or events beyond our control. Our liability is limited to the value of the booking in question.
Prices are displayed clearly on the website. Refunds may be offered for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the booking start time. Refunds for unused time during a rental are not generally provided unless technical issues prevent use.
Personal data collected during booking is processed according to our Privacy Notice and UK GDPR requirements.
Voltway reserves the right to deny or cancel service in cases of unsafe behaviour, repeated misuse, or failure to follow legal requirements. All scooters remain the property of Voltway London Scooters.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes will be handled through local courts in Hertfordshire.
